The Brief

Created with the support of Lendlease, Bright is a program that provides practical business support, connecting local entrepreneurs in and around the Darling Square, in Darling Harbour, Sydney. Darling Square entices millions of visitors each year with its family friendly dining options, plus cultural and entertainment experiences, including the free Children’s Playground and vibrant spaces such as the Village Green, OPEN, and the Monkey Baa Theatre. Lendlease has developed the new urban neighbourhood at Darling Square and has a strong focus to ensure a thriving, resilient and diverse community, for many years to come.

Bright are looking to provide a connective digital mechanism to serve the Darling Square area, to highlight the community, the people, the expertise, the existing services and businesses in the neighborhood. The Bright program has access to content and services provided by each business in the precinct and students should consider how this content may be leveraged to help achieve some of their key goals, which are to enhance the awareness of the businesses that will build the capacity of Darling Square as an engaged and enhanced community.

Your mentor will guide you every step of the way!
