The Brief

Two Good Co. began ten years ago as an ad-hoc Kings Cross cook-out for the area’s less fortunate. Their mission was to simply feed some hungry people. Their road-side barbecue evolved into Australia’s first organic soup kitchen at Saint Canice’s in Kings Cross.

In June 2015, Two Good Co. launched their ‘Eat one, treat one’ model. For every meal purchased, they give an identical one to a local women’s refuge for domestic violence survivors. As of 2017, Two Good Co. have served over 163,989 meals to women in refuges across Sydney and Melbourne.

This brief focuses on designing a high fidelity prototype for two major enhancements of the Two Good Co. website.

  • Design the key features of a gifting platform that provides functionality for customers to use Two Good Co. products as gift purchases for friends and family.
  • Design a journey on the website that represents the full story cycle of the gifting process; from purchase to fulfillment of the Two Good Co. promise – Eat One, Treat One.
