For over two decades Tiffany has contributed and driven the uplift and enhancement of numerous products and services across various sectors from Utilities & Tech; Adacel Airforce Flight Controller Simulators, Telstra, Alinta Energy, Compare & Connect, Medical; Organ Match – Blood Services, Education; RMIT & VU & Building & Construction; Xperior (SASS), CSR, Gyrock.

She is currently the senior UX Designer and UI Developer at Fair consulting group working with the CSR brands where she has been focusing on the CSR, CX transformation project. She has technically supported and fostered confidence in numerous designers from entry-level, mid-weight and senior designers to now realise their dreams of becoming Lead to Principle Designers.

Her passion and strengths lie in baking Accessibility into every project she works on and creating a great product from a bad one to a bad idea to a workable concept and all the steps required to make evidence based decisions in-between.

Over the years she’s had experience working with some of Australia’s top tier executive teams and boards. Helping them to better understand the ROI of designers being embedded in hard lines to project teams and dotted lines to their design departments. A long with her stakeholder management experience Tiffany brings a well established front-end development background… she is well versed on how to work successfully with teams of back-end and front-end developers – she knows what they need and what they require from designers to do their job.
