The Brief

Daily Addict gives style-minded, busy people early access to what’s on and worth knowing in their city. They deliver curated recommendations of what’s new and notable, before the rest of the party finds out.  Daily Addict act as your personal guide to urban gems, such as new bar or restaurant openings or spots which the locals go to. Giving you the inside edge on luxury travel, beauty, fashion and living stylishly with respect for our planet, quality, form and usefulness.

They are committed to uncovering hard to access events, highly sought-after products, and news that will entertain and give memorable experiences.

Daily Addict are undergoing a change in ownership. This brief focuses on conducting deep research into the Daily Addict audience, in order to provide insights that can be used (by the new ownership) for consideration in their future content & UX strategy.

Students should focus their research on uncovering answers to the following key questions:
– Is Daily Addict still relevant to their target audience?
– Are the content categories currently used on the site correct for this audience?
– What can be learnt from how these users consume content? Is there an article structure that would be better suited for increased engagement, readability and repeat visits?
– What types of content resonates with their audience on social?

Your mentor will guide you every step of the way!
